Telemedia has designed, developed, and effectively implemented highly effective training programs throughout the world. Projects valued at more the $500 million (US) have been successfully completed. Contracts were directly with governments and their agencies, with multinational corporations, and with US corporations in both prime and subcontractor roles. Telemedia has also planned and organized consortia and joint ventures to provide clients with a variety of services. Programs designed and operated by Telemedia and instructional materials developed by Telemedia focus on technical specialties and industrial craft skills at all levels. They are conducted in English or in the language of the trainees, and usually include the training of supervisory and management personnel, as well as host-country counterparts in the training program. In many cases, language and basic skills training is conducted to prepare trainees to receive follow-on or advanced technical skills training.

In the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, Telemedia has trained more than 25,000 skilled personnel and has deployed a work force of more than 1,000 training, technical, and client-support personnel in the process.

Equipment‑specific and practice‑oriented instruction maximizes trainees' hands­-on experience, prepares trainees to enter selected job positions or occupations, and allows trainees to see the immediate results of their efforts.
